[Departure Time] What is the normal departure time? You should plan on departing by 12:00 noon.
Checklist:
Please remove the garbage from under the sink and place it in the dumpster located in the parking lot.
If you have used the sleeper sofa please remove the sheets and leave them in or on the washer in the laundry room
Please make sure the fireplace is turned off.
Lock the glass door leading to the porch.
(If opened) lock the glass patio door.
Lower and close the blinds in every room.
Turn the water heater switch off.
In the winter, open the faucet in the guest bathroom sink and turn off the water. (Handle located behind the water heater)
Turn the heat down to 60.
In the summer, turn off the air conditioning and furnace fan.
Check the drawers, shelves and closets for your personal items.
Delete any messages on the answering machine and turn it off.
Sign the guest book (please).
Turn off all the lights.
Leave any condo keys on the kitchen counter.
Return any Amenity Tags to the bookshelf.
